Subscription & Cancellation
Website design/development is individually quoted. The £39.99 monthly managed hosting and support service is a separate subscription.
Website design and development
Request a free quote, discuss your requirements and accept an individual website-build quotation before design and development begin. The build charge is separate from the managed monthly service.
Starting the managed-service subscription
After accepting your website quotation, activate the managed service when your website is ready, before launch. The first £39.99 managed-service payment is taken when you subscribe through Stripe. The subscription continues monthly with no minimum term. This checkout is separate from payment for website design and development.
Cancelling maintenance, hosting and support
You can cancel the managed service before your next billing date by emailing hello@dsdigitalsolution.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and no further monthly payments are due after that period. There is no minimum subscription term.
Website, hosting and domain after cancellation
Your website remains hosted until the end of the paid billing period. You own your domain and can point it to another suitable provider at any time. You then have 30 days to arrange transfer of the website to alternative hosting. If alternative hosting is not arranged during that period, the website may be removed from DS Digital Solutions hosting.
Refunds
Once the website has been built, the separately agreed website design/development charge is non-refundable. Cancelling maintenance, hosting and support does not entitle you to a refund for the completed website build. Cancellation and payment arrangements before completion are addressed in your separate website agreement.
This does not affect any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, or any refund we expressly agree due to the circumstances.
